Fans of a viral switch button have taken to TikTok to demonstrate how they turn on their home appliances with just the touch of a button on their phone.

Recently featured in a TikTok video from gadget review account (@dope_inventions), the Fingerbot Plus is shown in action and in various parts of the home.
"This device makes any product smart and can be used to turn on your lights, heating, dishwasher, plugs, microwave, or TV," says the narrator.
Viewers were instructed to stick it next to any button or switch and use the device's app or manually press the gadget's button to activate its arm that presses buttons for you.
Using the device's HomeHub, the TikToker claimed you can control the Fingerbot from anywhere around the world.

Customers have the choice to opt in on a Bluetooth or Zigbee (Hub Required) to power the device.
Adapox also provides buyers the option to choose from a rechargeable or replaceable battery, with the former being on sale and the latter priced at $29.99.
Those who've tried the gadget and liked it can purchase more than a single unit.
The Single Kit for $30.99 comes with the Toolpack which can help users control the rocker and toggle switch on the device's arms.
There's also a Pro Kit available which is on sale for $84.99 from $109.96 and comes with two Fingerbots and a HomeHub Bluetooth.
Meanwhile, the Master Kit for $129.99, down from $199.92, comes with four Fingerbots and two HomeHub Bluetooths in addition to several arms.
Users can set a countdown or weekly schedule to trigger the Fingerbot.
Program mode can also be activated on the gadget to create a series of combinations of arm movements that the robot will repeat for as long as desired.
