“Over the last month, we’ve seen a particular spike in people searching for blonder, choppier and bob hairstyles on Pinterest, also known as the ‘Scandi bob,’" confirms Tom Spratt, Head of Beauty and Health at Pinterest. "As pixie cuts grow out and celebs are giving their long hair the chop, including Kim Kardashian, we’ll no doubt see this trend become one of the most popular hairstyles of the summer,” he adds.

And while last season, Expensive Brunette dominated, for summer 2022, blonde is majorly turning heads. Already Expensive Blonde has picked up from where its predecessor left of. The jist is the same: giving your chosen hair colour more dimension, attention to detail and energy with a considered blend of highlights and lowlights for a more luxe finish than you'd get from a box dye.
