Kailyn has been super secretive about her recent pregnancies but that wasn't the case years ago.
When she was pregnant with Lux, 6 - her first with ex Chris Lopez - the Barely Famous podcast host showed off her baby bump in a bikini while vacationing in the Caribbean.
In a photo posted on Instagram, Kailyn, who was showing at the time, held her pregnant stomach while standing in waist-high water.
The mom of seven donned a black top and striped bikini bottoms, as she posed in front of the scenic, oceanside background.
