"Not only was Bobby an amazing hockey player, he was a terrific person as well. Bobby had the ability to brighten everyone's day. He had an infectious laugh that could be heard from rooms away. Whether in the classroom, on the ice, or during day-to-day life, Bob had the ability to turn your day around."
"Other announcements will follow, but during this difficult time, the entire Boise State Hockey Family asks for your respect for the family, friends, and teammates of Bobby. In the interim, we appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers."
A gofundme has been set up in Skinner's name by his parents for a foundation that will "enable kids to play hockey who can't afford to do so."
