Swedish stunner Elsa, 34, showed her incredible figure in a sheer outfit, two years after giving birth to her first child with partner Tom Daly.
The model showcased her body in the outfit, which featured a low cut neckline and a cut out detail along the midriff.
Before she was strutting her stuff on the catwalk, Elsa was a professional basketball star.
The 5ft 9ins stunner started off shooting hoops as a youngster in her garden, on a rim put up by her dad.
Ultimately, the blonde beauty was forced to pick between her two passions - basketball and modelling.
The Victoria’s Secret model previously revealed: "I’ve always had this drive, that if I do something, I want to do it all the way."
Other celebs at the American Foundation for Aids Research event included actresses Kate Beckinsale and Eva Longoria, plus model Helena Christensen.
