What is the COS returns policy?
Returns at COS are free. Simply send the items back within 28 days of receiving them.
A full refund will be issued to the same payment method within 14 days of return.
Make-up and skincare products can’t be returned.
All underwear briefs, bodies and jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty. Swimwear, if returned, must have the hygiene strip.
Purchases made in the stores cannot be returned through the online returns service.
Can I get next-day delivery at COS?
COS does have an Express Delivery service. You will receive the package within 1-2 working days but will need to place your order before 7pm. Monday through Friday. This delivery option is not available during weekends or public holidays. The cost of the service is £10. It is not available for addresses in Northern Ireland.
Is there a COS price match policy?
