A FITNESS fan has revealed how she manages to burn a whopping 500 calories during the workday — without ever leaving her computer.
With just a few devices, Sara (@saraovershares) proved that she doesn't need a gym to maintain her workout routine while she earns a living.

"I've turned my work-from-home space into a spicy brain playground," she said.
"I don't own a chair, and on average I'm burning over 500 calories a day while I work."
Wearing a flowy, skirt and crop top, the TikToker gave viewers a glimpse of her four favorite devices that allow her to keep it moving during afternoon meetings.
First up is a $90 balance ball from LifePro, which she has been using for over a year.

Sara balanced herself on the ball, which serves as her chair substitute, while she typed away at her computer.
"I can stand completely still on it while I'm in meetings. It's great for building little stability muscles," she explained.
She first realized that this was a must-have for working from her desk after using one in physical therapy.
The at-home calorie-burning expert also demonstrated: "You can bounce on it like I am here. You can balance on it, you can do mini-squats, you can also flip it the other way around."

While she showed off the many ways of using the ball, including stretching out her leg on it, Sara explained that she typically only uses it flat side up before quickly moving on to the next item.
The second item she used was a Go Youth Walking Pad, $318.99, which she has had for over a year, and completed hundreds of miles on.
"I usually try to do three to five miles a day at 2.2-ish miles an hour," she said, as she playfully moved her arms, and effortlessly glided off of the pad.
Though she can still work while performing this workout routine, Sara said that she tries to avoid the camera while doing so as the bouncing movement can be distracting.
"People tell me all the time they don't think they could use a walking pad because they think they would fall down, but honestly, like, you just kind of go on autopilot," she said.

Sara also explained that she experiences no difficulty typing while doing it as well.
She then quickly replaced the second non-chair option with a third device, the mini stair-stepper.
Though she was excited to try it out when she first got it, the TikToker shared why she is no longer in step with the mini stair-stepper.
"I realized that if I'm not thinking about it, I will just stop moving, which defeats the purpose," she said.
For the remainder of her day, or during meetings, Sara explained that she utilizes a wobble stool.
"It's my only chair-type thing. I can still rock on it," she said.
Showing a close-up of herself in front of her camera, Sara did voice her concern with the rocking movement which she hopes isn't irritating to her co-workers.

"Sorry, y'all!" she exclaimed.
She did, however, explain an extra upside of the stool: "It forces you to use your core muscles and have good posture. I can put my feet completely flat on the floor and be totally still."
After all of this work, while working out, Sara said that she usually retires to her couch once she is done with meetings.
Some of the TikToker's almost 19,000 followers had their own feelings about the fitness tricks.
"Have a co-worker that walks during Zoom meetings. I really couldn't care less," said one follower.
This time the TikToker had a question herself: "Do they bounce a lot? I feel like my gait must be crazy wonky because co-workers/clients comment on it every time.
"A little bit, but I am usually too busy pretending to be interested in the meeting to notice. Your co-workers sound annoying," said the viewer.
"I feel like I wouldn't be able to concentrate on a treadmill. I'm working from home too, looking for ways to be active," another follower commented."

"It usually makes it easier for me to focus! And I don't get tired as easily when I'm sitting," Sara responded.
