It was hard to miss that the 15-year-old bears a striking similarity to her actress mom in the early days of her career.

With her tall frame and long dark locks, the teen looked just like Katie when she starred in Dawson's Creek over 20 years ago.
EARLY HOLLYWOOD DAYS
Katie starred as Joey Potter in Dawson's Creek from 1998 to 2003, joining the show as a fresh-faced 18-year-old.
On their Friday outing, Katie kept it casual in a cream T-shirt tucked into white pants. Suri wore red shorts and cropped tank top.
Enjoying her evening stroll with her only child, Katie affectionately played with her daughter's brunette tresses while they waited for a crosswalk to turn green.
The 42-year-old actress shares Suri with ex-husband Tom Cruise, 59, however, the Mission Impossible star is rumored to have not seen his daughter in years.
Katie and Tom wed in 2006 before splitting in 2012.

SINGLE MOM
The Batman Begins star is single after splitting from restauranteur beau Emilio Vitolo Jr. in late April.
The pair, who started dating in September 2020, called it quits after they hadn't seen each other in over a month while Katie worked on a project.

Us Weekly confirmed the split, which saw Katie and Emilio, 33, part ways "amicably and remain friends" after seven months of dating.
'FIZZLED'
A source said: "Their relationship fizzled. They figured out they’re better off as friends. There’s no drama that went down with the breakup and in fact, they’re still friends."
They added of the split: "Katie and Emilio really enjoyed their time together - it just simply didn’t work out. She’s focusing on being a mom and her upcoming projects."
In April, the publication reported the duo were taking "space" to think about the future of their relationship as their different schedules and different commitments” didn’t fit together.
