What is the Kipling returns policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Kipling welcomes returns within 30 days.
To initiate the returns process, log in to your account and then go to 'track your order'. Insert the order number and email address, and click ‘create a return’.
From there, specify which items are being returned, as well as the desired return method and the reason for said return.
Print the provided return label, and pack your items into the original packaging.
Drop your returns at any of the collection sites, or have them collected by a courier on the scheduled date.
You should receive your refund within 7 days of Kipling receiving your return.
Can I get next day delivery at Kipling?
Standard delivery is free for orders over £39, and under this threshold, it costs £4. It takes 5-7 business days (orders placed before 11.00 am GMT Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day). For added convenience, you can also opt for CollectPlus collection points, where delivery takes 5-7 working days and is free of charge.
