NFL legend Bill Belichick has been linked to another team amid rumors his stint in New England with the Patriots might be ending.
New England has struggled to compete this season with a 3-11 record, entering Week 16 of the NFL year, and former Patriots QB turned media personality Scott Zolak believes the Dallas Cowboys could potentially have their attention on Belichick.

The 71-year-old coach has spent the past 24 seasons leading the Patriots to six Super Bowl victories with Tom Brady as his quarterback.
However, Belichick has struggled since Brady's departure to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and retirement — things have seemingly gone from bad to worse as reports suggest his departure could be looming.
Since Brady left, Belichick has compromised a record of 28-36 and only appeared once in the playoffs, a 47-17 loss to the Buffalo Bills in 2022.
On Tuesday, Zolak put out a scenario on "Zolak & Bertrand" that Belichick is taking his talents to America's team in Dallas.

"Buffalo did what they wanted with them," Zoalk said.
He continued to express that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is known to swing big and could get impatient if current head coach Mike McCarthy fails to take the team on a deep post-season run.
"You line it up, and you look at them. They got a big offensive line, good running back, and marquee quarterback.
"You got good receivers. You got a good cover, guys. You got Lawrence Taylor Jr. in No. 11 (Micah Parsons). You got a big defensive line and good safeties.
It's not the first time we have heard Belichick linked to other franchises this season.
Before the Patriots Week 10 10-6 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Germany, The Athletic's NFL insider Dianna Russini reported that "a mutual parting of the ways" could be on the table for both sides.
Longtime NFL reporter Gary Myers took to social media a few weeks ago to share a report detailing that the Los Angeles Chargers are the favorites to land Belichick if he leaves New England.
He explains the Chargers have a young star QB in Justin Herbert and that Belichick would like to move West Coast.
"One of my well-placed sources believes the Chargers are the favorites for Bill Belichick in 2024.
"Excellent QB; team ready to win; Belichick likes California and the beach," Myers wrote.

It's unclear if he will leave the Patriots after a legendary career, but it's without question he will have a load of options.
