Nyssa, Oregon (CBS2) – Oregon State Police is asking the public for video taken on or surrounding the April 15th incident in Nyssa that led to the death of Nyssa Police Officer Corporal Joseph Johnson.
Malheur County District Attorney David Goldthorpe says investigators learned people took cell phone video of the incident.
Anyone who has video is asked to call Oregon State Police dispatch at 541.664.4600.
Rene Castro is facing charges related to the shooting death of Corporal Johnson.
