What is the Pandora returns policy?
Pandora’s return policy allows customers to return an item for up to 30 days. However, sale items have a shorter window of just 14 days.
Fill in the return form and place it in the same packaging it arrived in (if you still have it). Put the free return label on the front of your package.
Deliver your return package to the local Royal Mail Post Office, retaining the proof of postage and details of the tracking information.
Your refund could take up to two weeks from the time you receive an email from Pandora acknowledging and validating it.
Can I get a next-day delivery at Pandora?
Orders sent via express delivery will be delivered within one to two days, not including Sundays and bank holidays. This service costs £5.99. The Special Delivery service is free for the Brilliance collection and can guarantee next-day delivery if orders are placed before 5pm. A signature will be required upon receipt.
