Just before her Kentucky concert this week, Selena Gomez and Audrey Nethery - a 7-year-old fan who has a rare bone marrow disease called Diamond Blackfan Anemia - took the time to have an impromtu dance off.
"Finally got to meet this sweetheart," Selena wrote on Instagram about Audrey - who has already had a moment in the spotlight after a video (shared by her parents) of her doing Zumba went viral.
"She owned it fully," Selena added.
