STATISTICS have shown that Kansas City Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes is comparable to that of Washington Commanders signal-caller Sam Howell.
Mahomes, a two-time NFL MVP, is coming off a two-interception performance in the Chiefs' 24-9 Week 8 loss to the Denver Broncos on Sunday.

Howell, meanwhile, threw for an impressive 394 yards and four touchdowns along with an interception in Washington's 38-31 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
After eight games of the NFL season, both Mahomes and Howell have similar stat lines.
Mahomes has thrown 15 touchdowns and eight interceptions while Howell has passed for 13 touchdowns as well as eight interceptions.
The 28-year-old Mahomes has completed 209 of 304 passes and the 23-year-old Howell has completed 206 of 308 passes.

And Mahomes has a 95.8 passer rating, while Howell has a 90.1 passer rating.
As for sacks, Howell has been thrown to the ground an astounding league-leading 41 times.
While Mahomes has been sacked for a league-low 10 times.
