Former quarterback Brady is a seven-time Super Bowl winner and an NFL legend.
But the card - released by Topps earlier this month - imagines what could have been if he'd pursued baseball instead of football.
Brady was a power-hitting lefty in high school and was selected by the Montreal Expos as a catcher in the 18th round of the MLB Draft in 1995.
Ultimately he chose to pursue football, heading to the University of Michigan before being drafted into the NFL by the New England Patriots.

Brady unveiled the new card collection with a video imagining what would have happened if he'd decided baseball was his calling.
It featured Brady playing alongside MLB stars including Pedro Martinez, Vladimir Guerrero, and Larry Walker.
He captioned it: "It was all a dream… right?! @Topps."
The signed card was pulled by collectors at Triple Diamond Sports Break just hours later during a live stream.

Per TMZ, it could be worth "six figures" and features Brady wearing his iconic No. 12.
There is also another card in the collection - currently unfound - which features a message written on it from Brady.
The GOAT has scrawled on it: "If baseball doesn't work out, there's always football."
Per Sportskeeda, an unnamed collector has already placed a whopping $500,000 bounty on the card.
Brady retired from the NFL in February after 23 seasons.
He has since begun building a sporting empire, including investments in English soccer, football, and pickleball.
